GAES Solidaria Foundation Awards

Back to Projects

The mission of the GAES Solidaria Foundation is to improve the quality of life for people with hearing impairments. To this end, the foundation promotes and fosters research into hearing-related conditions by granting awards to recognize the best research work conducted in the fields of audiology, otology, and otoneurology.

Each year, the foundation presents several awards to the country’s otolaryngologists who promote research aimed at improving the treatment and prevention of ear diseases.

For the development of this project, the foundation has the collaboration of GAES’s Medical Department, which is responsible for managing the jury and the scientific evaluation of the submitted entries.

These awards are presented during various regional and national congresses organized by the regional ENT societies, the Spanish ENT Association, and the ENT Nursing Association.

The awards are designed to recognize the work of otolaryngologists who, through their studies and research, contribute to improving the quality of life for patients affected by ear-related conditions.

Each year, the Foundation presents awards to ENT professionals across the country who are advancing research aimed at improving and preventing ear-related illnesses. We work with the GAES Medical Area to manage the jury and oversee the scientific evaluation of submissions. These awards are presented during regional and national congresses organized by ENT societies, the Spanish ENT Association, and the ENT Nursing Association. They are designed to recognize the efforts of ENT professionals who, through their studies and research, help improve the lives of patients affected by hearing-related diseases. Our goal is to support new solutions, treatments, and technologies that enhance the lives of people with hearing loss. We know that research is a key tool for progress, and we firmly support the professionals and projects working every day for a healthier and more accessible future for all.
