«For me, it was a unique and unrepeatable experience—both professionally and personally—that has changed the way I feel and perceive life.»

GAES Yecla – Dharamsala (India), in collaboration with the Casa del Tíbet
It’s hard to put into words the feelings and emotions this trip has left me with, especially when it’s something you’ve wanted to do for a long time.
For me, it was a unique and unrepeatable experience—both professionally and personally—that has changed the way I feel and perceive life.
Professionally, it was incredible to be able to continue this great project of Fundación GAES Solidaria through Casa del Tíbet; to do your work without expecting anything in return and to be met with people who show such immense gratitude, humanity, and respect.
On a personal level, I’ll forever treasure a place as magical as Dharamsala. It makes you feel happy and positive all the time. And of course, its people—where we were able to experience two different cultures: the resilient Tibetan community and their Buddhist culture based on love, respect, and compassion; and the vibrant, flavorful Hindu culture. The highlight of our trip: getting to meet the Dalai Lama!
In my heart, I carry a piece of Fundación GAES Solidaria, Casa del Tíbet, India, Dharamsala, Sandra, Raquel, and Ringzing forever. Thank you for this amazing opportunity!
