Our Teaming program is proof that solidarity can come from the simplest acts. Each month, more than 600 GAES colleagues donate €1 from their paycheck to support social causes that we select together.
Gracias a este esfuerzo colectivo, cad año recaudamos cerca de 17.000 euros, que distribuimos en distintas donaciones destinadas a proyectos de salud, investigación y atención a personas vulnerables. En 2024 apoyamos iniciativas del Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, la Asociación ASDENT, la Cruz Roja, la Fundació ICTUS, entre otras.
Teaming is a direct participation tool that connects us—as a team—to the realities of many people. It’s a way to show that every small gesture matters and that together, we can achieve great things.
