Tax Benefits for Your Donation

Your donation makes a difference and comes with a reward. Not only are you helping improve the lives of people with hearing loss, but you can also benefit from tax deductions on your personal or corporate income tax.

Important:

  • To apply the deduction, the foundation will provide you with a donation certificate containing the information required by the Tax Authorities.
  • Some autonomous communities offer additional tax deductions for donations to nonprofit organizations.
  • If the deduction limit is exceeded, the excess can be applied in the following 10 fiscal years.

If you are an individual (IRPF - Personal Income Tax)

  • 80% deduction on the first €250 donated. (e.g. if you donate €250, you deduct €200).
  • 50% deduction on the amount that exceeds €250.
  • 45% deduction on the excess if you've donated to the same entity in the previous two years for the same or greater amount.
  • Deduction limit: Up to 10% of your taxable income.

If you are a company (Corporate Tax)

  • 40% deduction on the donated amount.
  • 50% deduction if donated to the same entity in the previous two years for the same or greater amount.
  • Deduction limit: Up to 10% of the taxable base.

These tax deductions make collaborating with non-profit organizations not only an act of solidarity, but also a tax-advantaged option.

Remember: to qualify for the deduction, the recipient organization must be duly accredited according to current regulations.
